Are All Presidential Candidates Alike?

In the comments section of an article pointing out we are experiencing the worst economy is this gem on presidential candidates. A commenter claimed that all candidates were the same and nothing would change.

Too many Democrats, including the media's favorite, support the same agenda the Republicans are following. Pay attention to their votes, forget their words. They can lie as well as Bush. Some even better. (HRC contradicts herself every time she is asked the same question twice.)

Take 50 points off of Hillary's IQ and she could be a Republican. Give Obama a triple dose of ambition and he could be Hillary. Remove 50 million dollars from John Edwards' bank account and he could be Kucinich. Give Ron Paul some compassion and he could be a Democrat. Give Huckabee a brain and he'd change his mind on everything. Make Giuliani President and kiss your ass good by.

So we reckon not all presidential candidates are alike - yet.
