A police officer in Daytona Beach, apparently moonlighting as a security guard at a Best Buy store, subdues a female customer with a taser after confronting the woman about the possible use of a stolen credit card. The officer needed to use the taser because the shopper was much smaller than the cop and backing away from her with her arms outstretched; a real threat. The police chief defended his officer's action saying she followed department policy. By the way, the woman was using her own credit card.
